Exhibition

Hosted by the Design Center of the Philippines, the ASEAN Creative Cities Forum and Exhibition will be held at Bonifacio Global Arts Center this April 2017. This event will be a great opportunity to present works of contemporary creatives from the 10 Southeast Asian countries under the various creative fields such as design, crafts and folk art, film, media arts, among others.

The “Windows The Asean Creative Cities Exhibition” is a 4-day exhibition from April 24-27 at the Bonifacio Global Arts Center in Taguig City, Philippines. It will be curated by influential photographer and leading graphic designer Jowee Alviar. His affinity for Typography Ephemera and Lomography has inspired innovative takes on personal and professional projects that come his way. This creative bent has translated into making his own opportunities to express his personal interests and collaborate with equally passionate design professionals of all types through Team Manila, a design studio he co-founded in 2001 with Mon Punzalan.

The exhibition will be open to the public to provide educational opportunities, most especially to the academe. There will be workshops and tours around the Bonifacio Global City as a creative city organized by the British Council and Bonifacio Art Foundation Inc., respectively.
